2011 Domaine Chandon Chardonnay

This lean, dry style of Chardonnay was fermented and matured in French oak barrels. Brilliant pale straw greenish colour with watery hue. The nose displays a refined very subtle profile of citrus, cashew, white peach and spice. Delicate and dry with palate flavours of citrus, cashew, lightly toasted oak and spice. Clean dry finish with aftertaste of citrusy white peach, cashew and spice.
Cellar 2-3 years (2014-2015).
