Brilliant water like colour with a distinctive greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of fresh herbaceous gooseberries are intermixed with some grassy asparagus like characters, citrus and green apple. On the palate ripe and unripe gooseberry flavours meet over some herbaceous grassy like characters, fresh asparagus and citrus. Clean crisp acidity with a dry finish. Long gooseberry, grassy asparagus and citrus aftertaste.
