2012 Mitolo Jester Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque black dark purple colour with deep dark purple hue. The nose offers up scents of ripe blackcurrant, black cherry and liquorice followed by some subtle cedar and spice end notes. The palate possesses plenty of full bodied richness with mouthfilling flavours of cassis, black cherry and a touch of liquorice with some underlying cedar and a very spicy finish. Slightly dryish with solid but fine grained tannins and long cassis, black cherry, liquorice and spice aftertaste. Cellar 5-6 years. Alc 14.9%
