Syrah and Macedon Ranges isn’t necessarily synonymous but there’s track record here and a very unique site tucked into native forest on a lift in the ranges where the wind belts through. Sloshy textured, red and black, bramble laced fruit character, white pepper, dusty, clove-woody spice, maraschino cherry and a ferrous, minerally finish with some bitterness and Brazil nut bitterness to finish. Savoury, savoury, savoury. Good gear, but. Drink 2022 - 2030+
