2022 Miss Zilm Pinot Gris

Brilliant very pale straw colour with subtle flashes of green around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of pear, ripe apple and dried honey are trailed by light musk notes. Delicious fleshy pear, ripe apple and dried honey flavours are amply concentrated and show plenty of textural volume. Traces of citrus and musk linger through the back half. Brisk acidity enlivens an otherwise lusciously fruited finish.
