An Aultmore from yesteryear, distilled in 1974 and released in the 1990s as part of the "Rare Malt Selection'. Purchased in 1998 by Bacardi subsidiary, Dewars, the first ever official Aultmore was bottled 2004 - so this is from the distillery's 'early' period. The house style has been described as "fragrant on the nose, substantial on the tongue." 60.9% Alc./Vol. One only from a private collection.
