This Australia’s most recognised and well respected Sauvignon Blanc. Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Showing excellent intensity the nose features aromas of passionfruit, green apple, lime and citrus with a light herbaceous overlay. Refreshing and vibrant the palate possesses zippy flavours of passionfruit, green apple and lime followed by some light mineral infusions on the crisp crunchy acid finish. Long passionfruit, lime, green apple and faint mineral aftertaste.
