2003 Bridgewater Mill Shiraz Viognier

Opaque black crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Aroma of white pepper and spice followed by end notes of apricot, plum, vanilla and liquorice. The palate is quite ‘joosy’ showing lots of ripe Shiraz fruit flavours. Flavours of vanilla, spice and plum are evident. Fine grained tannins, excellent balance. Very spicy, blackberry and plum aftertaste.
