2016 Paul Conti Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon

A blend of 88% Cabernet Sauvignon and 12% Malbec. Totally opaque dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Lifted ripe red currant aromas intermingle with hints of black olive, dried herbs, cedary tobacco characters and light bay leaf. Medium to full bodied the palate features a generous flavour profile of rich red currant and dark plum fruit underpinned by dusty cedar, tobacco and spicy dried herb characters. Sturdy fine grained tannins. Good concentration and depth with a long spicy blackcurrant, cedary tobacco and dried herb aftertaste.
Cellar 5-6 years.
