Made from whole bunch pressed Pinot Noir fermented in old oak barrels. Translucent salmon pink colour with a watery hue. Nosing reveals lifted aromas of strawberry, peach, raspberry and musk with some spice end notes. The palate has a well rounded textural feel with fruity flavours of peaches and strawberries followed by some musk and confectionary with a dash of spice on the dry finish. Aftertaste of peaches, strawberries and spicy musk.
