2020 Prosper Maufoux Chablis

Bright pale straw colour with a subtle glimmer of green around the edges and a watery hue. Spicy brown pear and lime aromas mix with hints of oyster shell and wet stone notes. Lightly weighted pear and lime fruits are underpinned by bracing acidity with some green apple and wet slate characters also evident. Finishes dry and crisp with a racy aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
