2021 Aloft Shiraz

Impenetrable inky black heart with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Pepper infused dark plum and liquorice aromas emanate from the glass followed by some smoked meat, dried herb and spice notes. Medium bodied the palate has a rich juicy core of plum, blackberry and liquorice fruits which overlay a back drop of smoked meats and peppered dried herb characters. Polished tannins with a succulent conclusion.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
