With the wines of northeastern Friuli in the binoculars, this is good. Amber. While this is medium-bodied, it is denser of feel, with a firm curb of salty tannins compressing notes of gingerbread, glazed quince and orange tea leaf. The finish, textural and intriguing. A food wine in the truest sense. Drink or hold.
