Tiny Bear Distillery Lemoncello Liqueur (700ml)

Created by hand peeling lemons and steeping the peels in a neutral spirit for up to a month before being diluted, sweetened and bottled.

Tasting note: Deep gold. Confected aromas of lemon meringue and over-ripe lemons on the turn, followed by flavours of boiled peels and lemon barley sugar. Lacks vibrancy. Concludes vaguely bitter, rather than pleasantly tart. 25% Alc./Vol.
