Tasting note: Strong juniper, lavender, rosemary and peppercorn aromas are followed by coriander and grapefruit. Fresh, herbaceous and peppery on entry then drying, becoming green, herbal, pine-like. Ends creamy, warming, with orris root, lemon thyme and mineral through the aftertaste. 40% Alc./Vol.
