1993 Carn Mor "Celebration of the Cask" Aultmore 28 Year Old Cask Strength Single Malt Scotch Whisky (700ml)

A big age statement Aultmore from a 1993 distillation, matured in hogshead #4434. It was bottled on the 2nd of May 2022 at natural cask strength of 47.4% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour, as a limited single cask release of 233 bottles for Carn Mor.

Notes from the bottlers... Nose: old school with white and yellow fruit and traces of spices (ginger?). Palate: perfectly balanced with melon, candied almonds, vanilla and candied fruit with oak. Finish: delicate and balanced like an old school whisky.
