1993 Dom Perignon Cuvee Champagne

Made only in vintage years, Dom Perignon is produced exclusively from the noble grape varieties Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from the best crus in Champagne. The wine benefits from a long ageing in the cellars and then expresses the unique style of Dom Perignon, precise, complex, ethereal, silky and sensual.
Tasting Notes: Pale yellow colour with golden hues. The nose displays opening hints of wine-grown peach and citrus zest which expand rapidly in to cashew nut and dried grass. The ensemble is rounded off by the slightest touch of toasted brioche. On the palate the sensations that unfold are rhythmic, precise, contained. Initial density becomes creamy, finesse lengthens and escapes on a note of preserved citrus.
