Older Tobermorys are gaining momentum as whisky lovers discover just how complex and tasty this island underdog can be. Distilled in March 1995 and matured in a refill hogshead from which 238 bottles were drawn. 51% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.

Notes from the bottlers... Nose – Salty air, barley, hints of juicy pears and mineral notes. Palate – Vanilla custard tarts, stewing peppermint tea & a fistful of fresh mint leaves. Finish – Long - salted caramel, more hints of menthol and fresh green apples.
