These do not come past our door all that often. Originally sold to investors who were given the chance to purchase a whole barrel of Yamazaki, as well as choose the resulting maturation period, the "Owner's Cask" series has since, reportedly, become a cellar door release. This particular one was bottled in honour of the Port of Yokohama celebrating the 150th anniversary of its opening. This bottle represents an opportunity to taste a more pure and transparent expression of Yamazaki whisky. Distilled in 1995 and bottled in 2008 at 61%, grab yourself a piece of Japanese whisky history.
