1997 Douglas Laing & Co. Old Particular Single Cask Glenlossie 20 Year Old Cask Strength Single Malt Scotch Whisky (700ml)

The 19 year old edition of this whisky had Jim Murray in raptures, exclaiming, "If you've ever wondered why I consider this a great distillery, grab a glass of this!" 93.5 points. Expect more of the same here. A miniscule outturn - in fact, just 127 bottles were taken from a refill hogshead (No.12365), distilled in 1997 and bottled in 2018, non chill filtered at 51.6% Alc./Vol. The house style is quintessentially Speyside with honey and ripe orchard fruits galore. Extremely limited.
