Another attempt at producing an Australian Rose style. Palest of pink damask colours. Fresh lifted berry, confectionary and spice nose with a hint of earthy plum. The palate is slightly fruity with a hint of residual sweetness. Very short, soft acidity, with berry confectionary aftertaste. Drink up!
