Made from a blend of 97.5% Chardonnay and 2.5% Pinot Noir.
Light and bright yellow with a youthful green tint. Blanc de Blancs styles are delicate in nature. There are charming aromas of sweet pastry, buttered nuts and praline, arising from a combination of delicate fruit and yeast complexity. The wine has a soft mousse upon entry with a generous mid-palate. Crisp white peach flavours dominate, with subtle toasty yeast characters carrying through to the delicate finish. A wonderful aperitif wine.
