An excellent example of the style. Bright pale straw colour. Lifted nose of ripe gooseberries, ripe passionfruit and tropical fruit. Excellent depth of flavour with tropical fruit, ripe gooseberry and spice. Excellent balance with crisp acid finish and long aftertaste of ripe gooseberry, spice and aniseed. Cellar 1-2 years.
