1999 Dowie Doole Shiraz

This wine is at its peak. Very deep brick red colour with brick red hue showing considerable bottle age. Aroma of plum and spice followed by leather and stewed fruit. On the palate flavours of plum, spice, stewed fruit and white pepper emerge followed by a hint of confectionary. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of plum, spice and stewed fruit.
