The Chardonnay from Tallarook was outstanding, however, we can’t get as excited about the Pinot Noir. Medium body, brick red colour. Perfumed nose, with aroma of cherry, earth and spice with a hint of confectionery and game. The palate lacks power, with the tannins being on the firm side. Flavours of cherry and spice emerge. Dry tannin finish. Cellar 2-3 years.
