An outstanding example of Adelaide Hills Semillon. Bright straw colour. Excellent varietal nose with aroma of hay, hints of toasted honey and confectionary. On the palate the flavours are generous, deep lasting layers of lemon, hay and honey with just a hint of musk. Crisp acid finish, with just a touch of aniseed emerging over a toasted honey aftertaste.
