Each vintage Barossa Valley Estate selects its top parcels of old vine, low yielding handpicked fruit from over 80 growers located in mostly the North East region of Barossa Valley. This wine was matured in a combination of French oak (80%) and American Oak (20%) for a period of 18 months.

A big E&E, with typical Barossa Valley voluptuous character. Very deep black crimson colour with deep crimson hue. The nose reveals a hint of leather, followed by spice, cedar, blackberry and toasted oak. The palate flavours are generous, with flavours of ripe plum over vanilla, spice and liquorice allsorts. Fine grained tannins, soft, followed by a long aftertaste.
