Medium body. Deep crimson colour with mauve edge. Aroma of spice and stewed fruit, followed by a hint of plum and liquorice. The palate is tight and lacks depth of flavour. Stewed fruit flavours emerge with a hint of liquorice. Soft tannins, followed by a stewed fruit liquorice aftertaste.
