2001 Fox Creek Shadow's Run Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon

Bright crimson red colour with crimson hue. Appealing nose of spice, blackpepper, plum and blackcurrant – displaying youthful primary fruit notes. The palate flavours reflect the primary fruit flavours with liquorice, blackcurrant and a hint of blackpepper evident. Excellent length, soft tannins followed by a long liquorice blackpepper aftertaste.
