2001 Kracher Eiswein Cuvee (375ml)

Small quantities of Austrian wines were shipped to Australia in the early 1980’s and it looks like the curiosity for Austria has come the full circle. This is a rich luscious Eiswein. Bright golden colour with deep straw hue. Aroma of honey, lemon butter and spice, showing a good deal of intensity. The palate has a luscious mouthfeel with flavours of honeyed raisins followed by a hint of lemon and nougat. Clean acid finish, with long aftertaste of nougat, honey and raisins.
