2001 Penley Estate Phoenix Cabernet Sauvignon

Very deep crimson colour, with crimson hue. Aroma of dark chocolate, cedar, spice and blackcurrant. On the palate, flavours of blackcurrant and black pepper emerge over a spicy background. Fine grained tannins, followed by an aftertaste of blackcurrant, plum, spice and dark chocolate.
