Described by one taster as "A three course surf'n' turf dining experience", cask #319 was emptied in 2019 with an outturn of 275 bottles at 58.2% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.

Notes from Adelphi... Drawn from a refill American oak ex-Bourbon hogshead, this is Autumn gold with a moderate bead. Band-Aid, chilled Lapsang Souchong, Cullen Skink, and smoked cheddar. Sweet and salty with smoked Bavarian cheese on sourdough toast reminiscent of Nairn beach summer excursions complete with Shetland jumpers and woolly hats.
