2002 Dixons Run Pinot Noir

Translucent, brick red colour with mauve hue. There is evidence of a hint of stalk emerging as a top note, followed by a subtle cherry, strawberry jam and spice note. The palate is very spicy with layers of cherry, strawberry and California poppy emerging. Good length with soft tannins followed by a cherry spice aftertaste.
