2002 Grant Burge The Holy Trinity Grenache Shiraz Mourvedre

This wine is beginning to look a little tired. Medium body. Crimson brick red colour with brick red hue. The nose verifies the colour, showing bottle development – with notes of stewed fruit, spice and chocolate. The palate flavours are fading. Confectionary and cedar flavours with stewed fruit. Hints of old and new leather on the back palate. Fine grained soft tannins.
