An outstanding example. Bright pale straw colour. Superb lifted nose, perfumed, with aromas of ripe pear, spice and lime followed by a hint of orange blossom. On the palate the flavours are quite pronounced with lime, lemon and mandarin characteristics emerging. Excellent depth and intensity. Crisp acid finish followed by a strong lime, mandarin aftertaste.
