2002 Organic Vignerons Australia Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon

The wine consist of a blend of 51% Shiraz and 49% Cabernet. Outstanding opaque black crimson purple colour. Aroma of ripe plums, ripe blackberry, liquorice and cinnamon. Full bodied palate with very ripe joosy fruit emerging. Flavours of liquorice, spice and blackberry followed by a hint of cinnamon. Fine grained soft tannins. Long aftertaste of blackberry, ripe plum and liquorice.
