A delightfully fresh aromatic example of Colombard. Bright pale straw colour with a green tinge. Intense fresh aroma of spice and Jonathon apple with a tropical fruit end note. The palate displays flavours of fresh apples and baked apples, with back palate flavours of citrus and tropical fruit. Crisp acid finish, followed by an aftertaste of Granny Smith apples, tropical fruit and spice.
