A pale lemon with excellent clarity and a green hue. The nose is sharply focussed and distinctly varietal. The aromas range from crisp citrus fruit through grass and mineral elements to ripe kiwifruit. The palate is initially lean with clean citrus flavours before building to a mid palate highlighting pink grapefruit and gooseberry. Fresh natural acidity adds structure and ensures a long, lingering finish. Alc/Vol:13.0%
