2002 Taylors Shiraz

A very well made youthful Shiraz. Opaque black purple colour. Lifted nose of liquorice, spice, blackberry and confectionary followed by a distinctive blackpepper end note. The palate is driven by the youthful inky blackberry, liquorice and plum flavours followed by a very distinctive white pepper background. Fine grained tannins, excellent balance followed by a very long aftertaste of white pepper, blackberry and liquorice.
