WILL TAYLOR is a highly successful Adelaide lawyer whose speciality is wine law, however, like many professional folk there was a great desire to produce a wine under his own label. Will has clients in all the major grape growing areas, and as a result selects only the best grapes from each of the regions that he works with. He applies the same meticulous detail to winemaking as he does to a legal contract.

Very deep crimson colour with crimson mauve hue. The nose reveals a sophisticated structure and beautifully ripened Cabernet fruit. Lifted nose, with violet top note followed by spice, cedar and blackcurrant – no hint of green fruit whatsoever. The palate structure is refined. Flavours of spice and stewed plum emerge over a confectionary, cedar background. Fine grained tannins, perfectly balanced and reflective of the elegant style of this wine.
