2003 Cassegrain Fromenteau Reserve Chardonnay

Brilliant gold colour with pale gold hue. Aroma of butterscotch, yeast lees and cashew, followed by endnotes of melon, fig and green tea. The palate flavour profile is relatively light, with honeyed green tea characteristics emerging. Soft acid finish. Aftertaste of honey, citrus and green tea.
