2003 Galli Estate Heathcote Shiraz
Opaque black crimson colour with deep purple crimson hue. Aroma of spice, blood plum, violets and blackberry, followed by a hint of black pepper as an endnote. The palate has good weight, with flavours of spice, plum, blackberry and liquorice, followed by back palate flavours of chocolate and blackberry. Black pepper aftertaste.

An impressive first release from young vines planted by the Galli Family. Very deep crimson mauve colour, with deep mauve hue. The nose reveals a hint of earth followed by spice, plum, confectionary and white pepper. The palate displays an impressive spicy flavour, with blackberry, liquorice and black pepper flavours evident. Fine grained tannins, perfect balance. Liquorice, plum aftertaste.
