2003 Jansz Vintage Cuvee Chardonnay Pinot Noir

The mousse is relatively short. Moderate size bead, quite large at first, but settles down to moderate persistence. Straw colour base wine. Delicate hazelnut top note followed by cashew and yeast lees. Creamy texture – with some citrus and light lees flavours and just a hint of cashew on the back palate. Balanced acidity.
