2003 Mount Burrumboot Estate Old Soolum Dry Red

Bright, brick red colour with brick red hue. Medium body. Aroma of leather, cedar, plum and stewed fruit. The palate flavour profile is light and the tannins are too dry for the fruit. Stewed fruit flavours emerge, with dry tannins persisting.
