2003 St. Hallett Eden Valley Riesling

A youthful wine, showing good floral character. Bright pale straw colour with pale green hue. Lifted nose of lime and spice followed by a hint of citrus and orange rind. The acidity is quite high giving the wine a distinctive lemon lime emphasis with long lime aftertaste.
