Bright deep straw colour with pale gold hue, showing oxidative treatment. Aroma of biscuit, yeast lees, cashew and melon. On the palate, flavours of melon and peach appear followed by hazelnut, toasted oak and yeast lees. Clean finish. Aftertaste of melon, yeast lees and peach.
