2004 Dromana Estate Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

Brilliant straw colour with waterlike hue. The nose is quite vegetative, with aroma of capsicum and asparagus followed by grassy, herbaceous endnotes. The palate is again quite vegetative with flavours of asparagus and capsicum emerging. Crisp acid backbone with aftertaste of tropical fruit over a herbaceous background.
