Bright deep straw colour with straw hue, showing signs of bottle development. The nose delivers distinct barrel ferment qualities with aromas of biscuit, hazelnut, yeast lees and toasted oak. The palate flavours are lighter than expected from the nose. Flavours of biscuit and yeast lees are followed by a light citrus back palate. The acidity is relatively soft. Light biscuit, lees aftertaste.
