2004 Red Knot Shiraz

This wine has a very youthful appearance – as expected from an early release 2004 red. Opaque black purple colour with deep black purple hue. Aroma of violets, followed by plum, vanilla, spice and liquorice. Dark chocolate, vanilla, plum and stewed fruit flavours emerge on the palate, however there is a hint of coarseness. Dryish tannins, moderate length, with aftertaste of spice, vanilla and plum.
