The Seppelt Fleur de Lys range is made from traditional sparkling varieties sourced from cool climate wine regions - perfect for making high quality sparkling wines.
This refined cool climate fruit is vinified following the traditional methode champenoise and given extended maturation on lees to create elegant wines of great character and complexity.
Made from a blend of the classic Champagne grape varieties Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. The wine displays a complex nose of citrus fruit and creamy yeast characters. Great length of flavour with a dry crisp finish

Tasting Note...
The mousse is short lived, but the bead is fine and showing very good persistence. Straw coloured base wine. The nose displays distinct notes of yeast lees, followed by cashew, biscuit and light hazelnut. Creamy palate texture. Flavours of biscuit and light citrus on the back of the palate. Aftertaste of yeast lees, biscuit and roast almonds.
